An exclusive networking event took place in the city of Aventura, bringing together prominent professionals, local authorities, and representatives from the real estate and hospitality industries. The gathering was held at the elegant Joey Aventura restaurant, where attendees celebrated the upcoming launch of Belmont Village Senior Living Aventura.

Among the Belmont Village representatives in attendance were Melissa Pordes, Brad Bodie, and Amanda Griffith, who shared details about the design and amenities that will define this new community. The event also featured notable local figures such as Commissioner Gustavo Blachman and Vice Mayor Cindy Orlinsky, as well as business leaders and industry professionals including Daniel Lotero and Fernando Pereyra from Proiectus, and Royston Brady from Royal Palm South Beach, among other guests. During the evening, attendees admired striking large-format photographs offering a preview of the future building’s common areas: the elegant façade, the pool area, the modern fitness center, and various spaces designed for wellness, social connection, and active living.

Belmont Village Senior Living and Turnberry have joined forces to develop Belmont Village Aventura, a new luxury senior living community in the heart of Aventura that promises to make a difference in the industry. The 11-story building is scheduled to open in early 2026. This project is the result of six years of planning and collaboration between the two companies, both recognized for their commitment to excellence in design, quality, and service.

“It is a true joy to partner with Jackie Soffer, who, as CEO of Turnberry, has helped us refine our offerings to reflect Aventura’s unique lifestyle,” said Patricia Will, Founder and CEO of Belmont Village Senior Living. “We share the same vision and dedication to excellence, collaborating on every detail of the building and its services.” In turn, Jackie Soffer, Chair and CEO of Turnberry, remarked: “We are proud to partner with Belmont Village on our first senior living community. As developers, we share a commitment to setting the standard for quality and luxury in everything we build.”

Located at 3510 Yacht Club Way, the project offers panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Dumfoundling Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean, along with privileged access to premier shopping, dining, and entertainment areas. The 180,000-square-foot property was designed in collaboration with Corwil Architects, based in Coral Gables, and Moss Construction Management. It will feature 153 apartments, including two floors of exclusive penthouse-style residences.

Once completed, Belmont Village Aventura will provide Independent Living, Assisted Living, and award-winning Memory Care programs. Residents will enjoy a culinary program featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with options ranging from full-service restaurants to casual or grab-and-go dining, as well as semi-private dining areas with temperature-controlled personal wine storage.

Health and wellness will be at the core of the experience, with licensed nurses available 24/7, supported by specialized staff and advanced technology for clinical monitoring and care management. The community will include a fully equipped fitness center with wellness programs and on-site therapy services, a heated pool, a screening room with integrated sound technology, and an art studio offering classes across various media.

Through this collaboration, Belmont Village Aventura will combine luxury living, world-class hospitality, and research-based innovation, fostering well-being, community connection, and exceptional care for its residents.
